Harvest time around the Georgian Bay area begins in early August with such varieties as; Early Mac, Jersey Mac and Paulared. Extending through until early November, we continue to pick "e;choice"e; favourites like the: Ambrosia, Gala, Honeycrisp and the new and exclusive RED PRINCE!
